provided is subject to use within 14 days or

quote is confirmed as ‘final’ once a 30% deposit has
been paid, therefore does not require signature if
it is not available |

Any
additional requests that are not included in the
quote will be charged accordingly. |

Deposit
paid is non refundable and must be paid to secure
booking, however, it may be used as a credit if an
agreement has been made prior to the payment of the
deposit, with a re-booking fee of 15% of the total
amount payable. |

Payment of the deposit is deemed to be the same as a
signature in accepting the above quote. |

7 |
Should
you wish to cancel your appointment and re-schedule
for another day, another deposit must be paid to
secure that particular booking. |

Quotes
and estimates shall be deemed to correctly interpret
the original specifications and are based on the
cost at the time the quote or estimate is given. |

When a special price or discount offer has been
applied to this quote, no other special promotion,
discount or bonus offer will be applicable. |

In
the event that products in the quote are subjected
to any price and supply fluctuations that are
outside of our control, we reserve the right to
update the price and product in the quote
accordingly. |

If a
product has undergone a price drop or a price
increase, the quote will then be adjusted
accordingly. |

12 |
If
there is a product that is no longer available, the
product will then be replaced or substituted based
on customer's request and is subject to their final
approval. |

Should the photographer cancel your booking, then
all money will be refunded back to you. |

final payment must be made on or before the date

Final product/s will be withheld until final payment

Additional bank fee's will be charged should you pay

CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENT
A booking is considered firm as from the date of
confirmation. GKS Photography will be entitled to
charge a half day fee for cancellation or
postponement, plus all expenses incurred. If notice
of cancellation or postponement is given less than
24 hours from the commencement of photography, GKS
Photography’s full daily fee, plus all expenses
incurred shall be charged. In the event of bad
weather postponing the shoot, a half day fee will be
charged per day of postponement. A full day’s fee
will be charged for postponement whilst on location,
plus all additional expenses |
